Streamline Plumbing & Drain received 5 out of 5 stars and the Pulse of the City News Award for Excellence! The Pulse of the City News Award for Excellence is given to businesses that “deliver on their promise of exceptional service.”

The Pulse of the City organization uses independent research to identify businesses in the Castro Valley area that are committed to their customers and that provide top of the line customer service. All to often when compared to other similar industries, the construction industry is cited as having some of the worst post-job customer satisfaction ratings around. That’s not a good thing.
